A protein tracker that does not ask for an account

You can calculate a protein range and keep a food log without creating a login. Protein Calculator & Tracker has no account, no advertising, and no network connection. It does not send entries to a server.

What stays on the phone

• Age, a sex reference, optional height, weight, activity, and goal. Age, sex, and height do not change the calculation.
• Theme, units, a custom grams-per-kilogram factor, the saved daily goal, favorites, and the default meal.
• Custom foods, meal logs, daily goal history, and past calculator sessions.

A log can include the date you pick, the time, the meal, the food name, the serving, protein grams, and an optional note. The date is the local date you chose, so a later time-zone change does not move that row.

What leaves the phone only if you start it

Share opens the Android share sheet. You pick who receives the text. Export and import use the system file picker. The app does not request broad storage access. If a CSV row is invalid, the whole import is rejected and the existing log stays as it was.

Backup and deletion

Android backup is off. The local database and preferences are excluded from cloud backup and from device-to-device transfer. In Settings you can clear tracking history, clear calculation history, or reset app data. Seeded example foods remain after a reset because they ship with the app. Uninstalling removes the local data from that device.

What this does not mean

Anyone who can unlock the phone can open the app and see the log. Use a screen lock if that matters. The app also does not sync between two phones. There is no server copy to restore.
