One range from weight
Daily protein is body weight in kilograms times a factor. Activity and goal select that factor together. Sex, height, and age do not change the math. Age still has to be 18–80 before you can calculate.
Android protein calculator
Protein Calculator & Tracker turns your weight, activity, and fitness goal into one grams-per-kilogram range, then lets you log food on the same phone. Entries stay on the device.
The calculator does not stack activity on top of a goal. It picks one range. The tracker records only the days you actually log.
Daily protein is body weight in kilograms times a factor. Activity and goal select that factor together. Sex, height, and age do not change the math. Age still has to be 18–80 before you can calculate.
The suggested target is the midpoint of the low and high grams. A slider stays inside the displayed range. You can save that amount as the daily goal or share the result yourself.
Add an approximate catalog food, a custom food, or a quick gram amount. Repeat a recent meal, edit an entry, or delete it. Empty days are left out of averages.
Week and month views, a streak of logged days, and saved calculator sessions stay in local storage. Export or import a CSV only when you pick a file.
Use kilograms, pounds with feet and inches, or stones with meters. The app stores the measurement in kilograms and centimeters.
General health, maintain muscle, build muscle, fat loss, or endurance. A custom grams-per-kilogram value is a manual override, not an automatic recommendation.
You get a low, a high, and a midpoint. Optional meal splits divide the selected target into 3, 4, or 5 meals.
Save the daily goal, then track foods. History counts a streak only on dates that have a log, ending today or yesterday.
