Protein Calculator & Tracker is an Android app that estimates a daily protein range from body weight and keeps the food log on the same phone. The package name is app.lutex.proteincalculator.

What you do on the phone

1. Choose metric (kilograms and centimeters), US (pounds plus feet and inches), or other units (stones and meters).
2. Enter an age from 18 to 80 and your weight. Height is optional and does not change the protein math.
3. Pick activity and a goal. The app selects one grams-per-kilogram band. See how that calculation works.
4. Save a daily goal, then log foods on the Tracker tab. History and Settings are the other tabs. Learn, results, privacy, and custom foods open as screens, not extra tabs.

Appearance and files

System, light, and dark follow the phone’s wallpaper colors on Android 12 and newer. Emerald Dark keeps the app’s own green palette. Sharing a result uses the Android share sheet. CSV export and import use the system file picker, with columns for date, time, meal, food name, serving quantity, serving unit, protein grams, and notes.

What it will not do

• It does not need an account or an Internet connection.
• It does not show ads.
• It does not calculate calories or medical protein prescriptions.
• It does not back the log up to the cloud. Moving phones means exporting a CSV yourself.
